Planning Applications
Attention Balrothery Village Residents & Community
One of the objectives of the 2015 Balrothery Community Council is to make observations on all planning applications that concern Balrothery Village. We need to ensure our Village is provided with all amenities, infrastructure upgrades and community projects in line with development. Since none of these were provided since the last major building development boom we cannot allow further development continue unchecked. It is incumbent on the community to make observations on all future developments. We invite all concerned members and organisations within the community to make observations on all planning application to ensure they progress in line with the needs of the village.
Balrothery Community Council have prepared a template which can be used to make observations and is available to download click here….
